After decades in the medical field as a paramedic instructor, Sandy knew one truth better than most: what you put into your body matters. Growing up in New Jersey, the boardwalk vendors and street food sparked a lifelong love of honest, delicious cooking. That passion, paired with a deep understanding of nutrition as a Certified Herbal Nutritionist, led to something new.

When an old bank building high on a hill overlooking Table Rock Lake came up for sale, just minutes from home, the dream became real. Today, Crunch & Slurp serves healthier versions of the American classics everyone loves. Real food, fresh ingredients, and a medic's care in every single plate.
